3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Approved Payment Methods
The currently approved payment methods on ar999 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any method other than these three are not accepted.
Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed. Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
Withdrawal Conditions
Before withdrawing funds, please ensure that:
- Your account information is complete and verified
- The applicable wagering requirements have been met
- Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately
- The mobile number used for withdrawal is registered in your name
Transaction Verification
ar999 reserves the right to place any transaction on hold for security verification purposes. Supporting documents may be requested for suspicious transactions. If fraud is found, the transaction will be cancelled.
4. Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
ar999 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposit amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must complete ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Bonuses are provided for legitimate gaming purposes only. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:
- Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
- Strategic low-risk betting patterns to withdraw bonuses
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform
Other Promotions
ar999 may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be announced at the relevant time. Any promotion may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.

Tier Changes
VIP tiers are determined based on the user's gaming activity and participation on the platform. Consistent activity is required to move to a higher tier. Inactivity may result in a tier change.
Cashback Terms
Cashback is applied once per week and must be claimed within the specified time frame. Applicable terms for cashback will be communicated separately. ar999 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
7. Responsible Gaming
